ABMCTS Portal

A secure, multi-portal platform built for the Antigua & Barbuda Medicinal Cannabis Authority.

Overview

The Antigua & Barbuda Medicinal Cannabis Authority needed a single system to manage the entire lifecycle of its medical cannabis program — from a patient's initial evaluation request through to approval, dispensary purchases, and ongoing cultivation oversight. Cloudcrest Coding designed and built a combined web portal that brings each of these stakeholders together in one secure platform.

Rather than a single generic interface, the portal is organized around the distinct people who use it every day: patients and medical professionals submitting and reviewing evaluations, Authority regulators approving applications and issuing digital ID cards, and licensed dispensaries verifying eligibility at the point of sale.

The result is a purpose-built system that has replaced manual, paper-based processes with a streamlined digital workflow, now in active daily use across the program.
