Guest List Account Deletion

Effective date: September 9, 2026

1. Delete Your Account In-App (Fastest)

Open Guest List, sign in, then go to Settings > Delete Account. After confirming your password, your account is permanently deleted immediately. This removes, in full:

• Your organizer account (name, email, phone number, password)
• Every event you created
• Every guest on every one of your events
• Every guest-limit and event-date-change request you submitted

This action cannot be undone, and does not require contacting us.

2. Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have the App installed, or would rather not delete it yourself, email info@cloudcrestcoding.com from the address on your account (or include your account's phone number) and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify it's really you before deleting anything, then process the same permanent removal described above and confirm by email once it's done. Requests are typically handled within a few business days.

3. What Gets Deleted, and What Doesn't

Both deletion paths above are permanent and remove the same data — there is no "soft delete" or recovery period once a deletion is processed. We don't retain a copy of your data after deletion beyond what our hosting provider's routine database backups may briefly contain until they're naturally rotated out.
